First try repairing the Office program to fix the Error Code 0-3, if the repair fails then Uninstall and re-install the Office program. Below given steps will be helpful in understanding how to Uninstall/Repair Office programs.

  • Windows 7

    1. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
    2. Click the Office program you want to repair, and then click Change.
    3. Do one of the following:
    • In Office 2010, click Repair > Continue.
    • In Office 2013, click Quick Repair.

    You might need to restart your computer after the repair is complete.

    Windows 8

    1. Press the Windows logo key + X to see a list of commands and options. (Basically, a quick way to get to Programs and Features in Control Panel.)
    2. Click Programs & Features  > click on the Office program you want to Repair click Change.
    3. Do one of the following:
    • In Office 2010, click Repair > Continue.
    • In Office 2013/2016/365, click  Quick Repair.
